Called when my heating stopped working. Was surprised to receive a text almost immediately after getting off the phone that that techs were on their way. The technicians (Cody Waite and a new person I can’t remember his name but he was great too) were friendly, professional and informative. They got everything up and running again in a matter of hours, even though they had to get parts and rebuilt multiple factors of the furnace. It was an added bonus that they have a military discount. I love Extreme Heating! Their staff is so helpful with booking my plumbing & HVAC repair needs. Their craftsman are always knowledgeable, explain what is needed & teach me about my plumbing & HVAC items so I can care for my home better.
